Callisto's customer tracking add-on lets you keep a higher level of detail on your customers. You can log conversations, add their gender -- no more "Dear Mr. Julie Smith" letters, keep track of their titles and positions and better target your sales efforts by classifying your custormers by categories of your choosing.

How much of what is where? How well are we selling pink parasols? Do we really need to order more 2.5 kilo blue glass blobs, or do we still have them somewhere? parasol

Inventory is expensive, and it is worth not only knowing where it is but also how it is used and sold. Callisto's inventory tracks both items that are sold as is, like a TV or bicycle, and also items that are part of a kit or larger item.
